ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PARABEN FREE?

Yes, all of our products are made without the use of parabens.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

All products are gluten-free, except for our Perfect 10 Gentle Cleansing Oil.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.

​

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALL NATURAL?

Our products are made using natural ingredients, however, not all are 100% natural.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

Our products contain certain organic ingredients, however, are not certified organic.

MY BODY BUTTER MELTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our butter based products will melt in temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit.  When ordering during summer months, Discreet Luxury LLC will not be responsible for reimbursement if product melts during shipment. However, the product is still usable - place product in refrigerator for approximately 20-30 minutes. Then let product sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Doing so will allow the product to solidify once again. It will lose its fluffiness, however, the product is still effective.  

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT CUSTOMERS?

Yes, all of our products are safe to be used by pregnant or nursing mothers. Please consult your doctor first before use due to sensitivities to certain ingredients such as Retinol.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide to over 240 countries. International takes more time, typically between 2-4 weeks. Please visit our website for further information on international shipping.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

We can ONLY accept returns for all unopened items within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. 

Unfortunately if your items have been opened, and used, we are unable to accept the return and will not issue a refund. If you are having issues with your products and are not satisfied please email us at DiscreetLuxuryLLC@gmail.com and we will do our best to mitigate the current issue and prevent further occurrences.

 

MY PRODUCT WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND I WANT TO GET A REFUND?

We apologize if you never received your product! We would happily accommodate your needs, whether it be help with finding your lost package, sending out a new package, or refunding you. If you never received your package or your package was lost, please email us at DiscreetLuxuryLLC@gmail.com. Each case is different so after evaluation of the circumstance someone from our customer service team will follow up with you to ensure you’re taken care of.

ARE THESE PRODUCTS GOOD FOR EXTREMELY BAD SKIN?

Our products cater to many different skin types, mainly including dry, oily, normal, sensitive, mature,  hyperpigmentation, blackheads and irritated skin. To find out which products work best for you, we encourage you to take our Skin Type Quiz before selecting a product.
